Job Description:

Reports to: President and Vice President


Position Overview: The project manager of Case Clash is responsible for planning and creating the annual case competition that is held at SAIT. The manager must entail all factors of the competition weekend, such as contacting high schools and connecting with CPA as well as finding a team of volunteers for the weekend itself.


Responsibilities include:

  • Reach out to high schools across within Alberta and other provinces, being the first priority to Calgary.

  • Connect with CPA Education for the sponsorship and attendance, along with all needed marketing materials from CPA

  • With appropriate advance, ensure SAIT School of Business support for the event is secured (food and space). Follow-up with Chartwells to ensure food order is placed and all necessary dietary restrictions are accounted for.

  • Ensure appropriate materials needed for Case competition are organized in advance (connect with NN701 for any administrative materials)

  • Seek out student and faculty judges for case competition weekend; organize small gift package for attending judges

  • Ensure schools are aware of any changes to competition rules along with necessary deadlines

  • Maintain as needed communication with SAITSA club coordinator to ensure space is appropriately booked for Case competition

  • Maintain updates on Case Clash package as needed

  • Ensure marketing team presence for school visits and case competition weekend

  • Ensure adequate volunteers are organized for the Case competition weekend in collaboration with the VP HR.

  • Maintain constant communication with involved schools and ensure all appropriate documentation is received and processed



  • Must have the Enactus Spirit!

  • Be driven, passionate, and ambitious

  • Must be organized, punctual, reliable, and accountable

  • Preferably have at least 1 year left of school

  • Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to find opportunities

  • Demonstrate passion for instilling a practical education for student preparing for business world!

  • Prior experience in entrepreneurship would be considered an asset

  • Knowledge or experience in coordinating events offline or online would be considered an asset

  • Clear demonstration on proven event planning and goal orientation

  • Strong management skills paired with effective time management and the ability to delegate tasks as needed

  • Self-starter with the ability to work both alone and in teams effectively.
