Job Description:

Reports To: President and Vice-President

 

Job Overview: As Project Manager you will essentially run, develop, and enhance the project TBH. Your focus is on creating opportunities, efficiencies, improvements, and empowerment for high-school and post-secondary students.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain connections with educational institutions, government, Calgary Board of Education and Alberta Education

  • Maintain/record of all impact and progress

  • Develop revenue generating workshops and maintain of the website

  • Constantly re-evaluate the needs assessment (semi-annually)

  • Must constantly come up with creative and innovative ways to solve the issues high school and post-secondary students face

  • Maintain record of progress of project

  • Constantly network to create contacts and connections for project

  • Collect testimonials as needed

  • Continuously develop project management outline

 

Qualifications

  • Must have the Enactus Spirit!

  • Be driven, passionate, and ambitious

  • Must be organized, punctual, reliable, and accountable

  • Preferably have at least 1 year left of school

  • Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to find opportunities

  • Have volunteered with TBH for a minimum of two school visits

  • Be passionate about change and empowering students

  • Demonstrate passion for education!

  • Prior experience within education would be considered an asset

  • Knowledge or experience of Alberta education structure would be considered an asset
